I, [Your Name Here], understand that I am reviewing the terms and conditions pertaining to sessions and course work within the LLC, House of RA with Rielly, Spiritual Practitioner Rielly Christine.​

 

I acknowledge that House of RA with Rielly is its own individual and unique entity that is not affiliated with any religious sect or denomination; it does not ally with any politics of any kind; it does not affiliate or ally with any organizations or institutions other than the ones it creates and maintains itself; it does not wish to engage in any controversy, nor wishes to endorse any causes. Its primary purpose is to educate, create, and hold space for those who are seeking Spiritual Guidance and Enrichment along Spiritual Lines.​

 

I acknowledge that Rielly as a Spiritual Practitioner is an Intuitive who communicates with all of Spirit to aid the Collective in the given purpose she was put here to provide, mainly Recovery.​

 

I acknowledge that the entity House of RA with Rielly LLC aims to assist people in Recovering from a hopeless state of mind and being – I acknowledge that this means that it focuses on areas of my life that seem uncontrollable to me from addictive behaviors to abusive relationships. However, I am aware that the methods used by Spiritual Practitioner and Recovery Advocate Rielly are unorthodox in the medical community and are meant only to be an added resource to my Recovery, not a primary source.​

 

I acknowledge that if I am struggling individually or in a relationship financially, medically, or physically, I should take the necessary actions for change to occur in places that can legally aid me, whether that be law enforcement, a lawyer, therapists, doctor, or the like is up to me to decide.​

 

I understand that House of RA with Rielly LLC is its own legal entity that operates with the mission to assist and guide people toward a life inspired and directed with Recovery in mind, whatever that may look like for both the individual and any groups that seek its services.​

 

However, that being said, I understand that Rielly as a Spiritual Practitioner is not a licensed therapist, licensed counselor or psychiatrist, registered nurse, registered dietitian, nor a medical doctor.​

 

I understand that if I have any medical conditions or mental illnesses, I should work within the professional medical community to obtain assistance.​

 

I understand that if I am feeling unwell or suicidal, I should seek immediate professional assistance.​

 

I acknowledge that while Rielly is open and honest about her own Recovery from addictive substances, she is not an addictions counselor, nor is she licensed to diagnose any form addiction; recommend any type of medication, nor prescribe any form of said medication.​

 

I acknowledge that course work and suggested directives for Recovery are not a substitute for any sort of medical suggestions, prescribed medications, or dietary regime or restrictions.​

 

I acknowledge that while Rielly has overcome a variety of hardships with Spirit’s help from trauma to weight loss, all she is capable of doing is offering me the suggestions that Spirit communicates to her for my own Recovery benefits and that results to Spiritual Direction and Suggestion vary based on the individual.​

 

I understand that there is no timeline to my own Recovery, both from this course work and in life in general, other than the one I make and hold myself to.​

 

I understand that I am not required to follow any set of recommendations given to me through House of RA with Rielly LLC and I am allowed to disregard any suggestions given to me by this practitioner at any given time if I do not agree with the directive.​

 

I understand that course work and engagement with House of RA with Rielly is meant to be a Spiritual Experience and through that interaction there will be mention of words such as “God,” “Higher Power,” “Universe,” “Unconditional Love,” “Spirit,” “Darkness,” “Light,” “Morals,” etc. I acknowledge that none of the terms mentioned are meant to be offensive or damaging to my family or self. They are simply part of the process and I am encouraged to use my own terminology or idea of the terms as I see fit for my Recovery.​

 

I understand that it is up to me to disclose to my Spiritual Practitioner if I am feeling triggered, hurt, or unable to continue in course work due to mental fatigue.​

 

I am acknowledging that I need to be honest about and take responsibility for my own mental and physical state of being before engaging in course work and while working the steps lined out in the work itself.​

 

I acknowledge that if engaging in an in-person session with Rielly I may be asked if my Spiritual Practitioner is allowed to hold or touch my hands, shoulders, back, or arms and she is not attempting to harass me in any way, shape, or form.​

 

I acknowledge that if I am NOT comfortable with something that my Spiritual Practitioner is asking me to do I am allowed and encouraged to say so!​

 

I understand and acknowledge that these sessions, course work, readings, etc. are meant for my benefit and aim to assist me in opening up my mind and heart to a world I currently do not see or know as well as my Spiritual Practitioner does.​

 

I acknowledge that payment for these sessions is required up front to ensure that my space and materials for each course are reserved and maintained.​

 

I acknowledge that there is a 72 hour cancelation notice required should I choose to cancel a session and not reschedule.

I acknowledge that all donations and payments are final and non-refundable. Acknowledging that this entity, House of RA with Rielly, LLC, will make arrangements with me prior to any services rendered about compensation for time and energy that goes into my sessions. I am acknowledging that what I give to this business, its owner, and community is done so willing and without regret.

 

I understand that any materials distributed to me in sessions with my Spiritual Practitioner through House of RA with Rielly, LLC are meant to be used appropriately for said reasons outlined in that session. I agree that I will not duplicate, alter, or distribute any of these materials; I will utilize these materials as directed for my personal and Spiritual practice, not for financial gain.​

 

I acknowledge that Rielly Christine is her own individual person. Her story, experience, strength, and hope are meant to aid her in assisting the Collective to Recover from hardship. I agree to not pirate, replicate, or divulge any of the information that she may relay to me in our sessions, from her website, social media, or the like. In our sessions, what I hear here, what I see here, what I say here, what she says here, it will stay here.​

 

I understand that after my sessions/courses with House of RA with Rielly, LLC I will be asked for a review and possibly a photo of myself to be used as marketing materials if I consent to release that information via email or video testimony.

 

​I understand that agreeing to these Terms and Conditions give House of RA with Rielly, LLC consent to use my progress and transformation process as a reference of how the course work designed by Spiritual Practitioner Rielly Christine is contributing to the success of her business and clients.  ​

 

**** This Terms and Conditions page must be signed and delivered to Rielly prior to the time of your session. You may e-sign or physically print and hand it to her upon her arrival. Your session will NOT commence without this form being consented to.​
